"It was my first purchase upon starting the bar program at Gunshow five years ago and is still with me today. Its design allows for fluid movement on the cocktail cart, while the length allows me to keep working when moving out of the way of oncoming guest traffic out on the dining room floor."

Self-described as constantly curious, OBrien creates food-driven cocktails. In plating her Spoonful, she wished to incorporate a variety of spices and flavors. "Food is my learning tool and source of inspiration. I have an endless supply of ingredients to create with."
