Professional Corporate Photographer for Brands and Business

Corporate Photography That Holds Together as a System

New York • London • Worldwide

Brent Herrig is a corporate photographer in New York and London working with JP Morgan Chase, American Express, the NFL, and LVMH. The work covers executive portraits and volume headshot days, conference and event coverage, recruitment and employer brand campaigns, and the office lifestyle libraries that carry a company's website, careers pages, and internal communications.

Most of it happens where the company is: a mobile studio set up on your office floor, event coverage inside the conference, employer brand days shot in working branches. When a portrait needs a controlled set, there are studio options in Manhattan and a home studio in South Hampstead, London. One photographer, one standard, both cities.

JP Morgan Chase: Events, Recruitment, Employer Brand

The work on this page includes separate briefs for one firm: conference and keynote coverage including its AI summit, recruitment marketing shot across graduate orientation days, and employer brand libraries photographed in working Chase branches, 12 locations across the relationship so far. The brief keeps coming back because the output sits in one system: the same grade, the same eye for real interaction, whether the frame is a stage, a break room, or a teller line.

The Volume Headshot Day

A headshot program for a full team is an operations problem before it is a photography problem. The mobile studio sets up in a conference room, sittings run a few minutes each around people's calendars, and tethered shooting means each person picks their frame before they leave the chair. The largest single day moved close to 100 people through the chair without the last portrait looking rushed. Selects are retouched and delivered through a private gallery, and the lighting setup is documented so the next hire's portrait matches the directory shot two years earlier.

Events, headshots, employer brand, office lifestyle, and the corporate hospitality that sits between them.

FAQ about Corporate Photography

How do you handle large volume headshots?

We have a streamlined workflow for high-volume headshots. We set up a mobile studio at your location, use tethered shooting so employees can select their favorites instantly, and deliver retouched files through a private gallery within one to four business days, depending on headcount.

Do you travel for corporate shoots?

Yes, we work globally. Whether you need coverage for a conference in London or a multi-office brand shoot across the US, we can coordinate the logistics to ensure consistent quality everywhere.

What is your turnaround time for event photos?

For corporate events, we typically deliver a highlight gallery within 24 hours for PR and social media use, with the full gallery following shortly after. Rush delivery is available upon request.

Can you match our specific corporate brand guidelines?

Absolutely. We review your brand style guide prior to the shoot to ensure that lighting, composition, and color grading align perfectly with your existing visual identity.

Do you offer hair and makeup services?

Yes, we can provide professional hair and makeup artists for executive portraits and headshot days to ensure everyone looks their best on camera.

Who owns the rights to the photos?

Licensing is set per project by media, territory, and term, and it goes in writing before the shoot. Corporate engagements typically include broad rights for internal use, website, social media, and press. Paid advertising use is scoped separately, so you only pay for the usage you need.

What do you need from us for a team headshot day?

A conference room or similar space we can hold for the day, a schedule of sittings, and a point of contact for swaps and no-shows. We handle the rest: mobile studio, tethered review so each person approves their frame on the spot, and a documented setup so later sessions match.

Do you cover London and UK offices?

Yes. The studio has a London base in South Hampstead alongside New York, so US companies with London offices get the same photographer and the same standard in both cities, without flying anyone in.

How do you handle confidential business environments?

Discretion is paramount. We are experienced in working in sensitive corporate environments and are happy to sign NDAs. We ensure that no sensitive information is captured in the background of images.
