The Winter Beet – Gin Cocktail

This Holiday inspired beet-infused gin cocktail is perfect for a festive holiday night.

Main Spirit

Botanist Gin  

Ingredients

2 oz Botanist Gin

2 oz Beet Juice

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 teaspoon Demerara Syrup (2:1)

4 oz Prosecco or Champagne

 

Preparation

1 Shake gin, simple syrup, lemon, and beet juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2 Strain into a highball glass.

 3 Top with bubbles and garnish with beet slices

Served

Served over a collins ice cube or several cubes of ice. 

 

Standard garnish

Beet slices or lemon wedge for garnish
